Enterprise workloads are placed on machines that have passed an audit and committed to a service level. The Verified tier means higher utilization and a wider price band; in return you are expected to be open to an on-site audit and to an SLA. The tier opens in Phase 3.

Host section
What it means
The scorecard measures how the machine behaves, from telemetry. Verified confirms where the machine stands, which power and network infrastructure it is connected to, and who stands behind the commitment. Neither replaces the other: to become Verified, your scorecard has to be good first.
A legal entity and identity verification, an on-site audit of the facility and its power infrastructure, a written SLA commitment, and a scorecard threshold sustained across audit periods.
A Verified badge in the marketplace, access to sensitive workloads, priority placement on enterprise demand, a wider price band, and generally longer-running jobs.
The tier opens in Phase 3, in the same slice as the sovereignty package. When the application flow and audit criteria are published, this page will be updated with the date.
The difference
Verified is not a separate product, it is a separate badge in the same listing. The price bands below are illustrative: the host still sets the real price, and demand opens the gap between them.

Example / illustrative bands: these are not measured market data, they describe how the gap between the tiers will be set up. A Verified badge does not guarantee a price — if the demand doesn't come, a high price just means an idle machine.
Application
The process is a two-way assessment. We examine the machine and the facility; you get to see the terms before you sign up to the commitment. No fee is charged at any step.
How many machines, which cards, which city, which facility type (own data center, rented cabinet, business premises, home). Your scorecard history is examined at this stage too: you are expected to have stayed above the threshold for at least one audit period.
Company registration, verification of the authorized signatory, the electricity subscription and, if any, the cabinet/colocation contract. Individual hosts cannot enter this tier — there has to be a legal entity behind the SLA.
Network path, backup line, power redundancy, cooling and physical access controls are discussed remotely. You are given time to close any gaps found at this step; the audit is scheduled accordingly.
We come to the facility: rack and cabinet layout, power distribution and redundancy, cooling capacity, network equipment, the physical access log, and confirmation that the machines really are the hardware in the listing. The audit report is given to you as well.
The uptime commitment, the incident notification window, the maintenance window rules and the compensation that applies if the commitment is missed are all put in writing. The badge opens after signature; it depends on an annual re-audit and is withdrawn if the commitment is not met.
Limits
Verified is an audit we carry out ourselves; it is not a certificate from an independent certification body. The SOC 2 Type I process is separate work and has not been started — there is no certificate.
The badge opens the door to the enterprise job pool; it does not guarantee that there will be work in that pool. Its value grows as enterprise demand grows; today we have no measure of that demand.
Single-card machines on a consumer line that the owner also uses are not suited to this tier. Staying in the general pool is not a shortcoming; most of the supply will be there.
We are writing the criteria now so nobody is surprised later. But there is no system accepting applications; this page is the plan for Phase 3.
