All of them are on the kaldera.ai domain. The domain and the mailboxes are still being brought online; until that is finished your message may bounce. We make no commitment about response times.

Expectations

Answers we cannot give right now.

The product is in Phase 0 and the company is being incorporated. Saying "yes" to the requests below would mean selling something that does not exist.

No response-time commitment. We promise no support hours, no first-response time and no on-call rota — we have no support organisation running.
No SLA-backed enterprise offer. Contracts with uptime guarantees and credit tables are a Phase 3 subject; we have no text to sign today.
Invoicing and collection have not started. The payment flow is one of the Phase 0 delivery slices; we have no closed period, no past invoice and no refund record.
What we can answer: questions about the architecture and the roadmap, the conditions for becoming a host, security reports, and feedback on the draft legal texts.

Company details

The legal entity is being incorporated.

We do not invent commercial details. Once incorporation is complete, the trade name, address, registry and tax details will be published in this section and in the legal texts at the same time.

That is why the company fields in our legal texts are placeholders such as [trade name], [address], [MERSİS]. The texts are drafts and have not been reviewed by legal counsel: Terms of Use, Privacy & KVKK, Cookies, Distance Sales.

The most useful message we can get: "this sentence of yours is wrong".

You don't pay for seconds that don't work, a hard budget cap, per-second billing. If you think there is a place where we are not keeping those three promises, that is what we want to hear first.
